eCertificates are now available for all Â鶹´«Ã½AV qualifications and can be accessed through the Â鶹´«Ã½AV Hub 36 hours after a learner's results have been published.
All Qualification certificates will be saved securely and can be verified through our .
All centres will automatically receive eCertificates from the 1st August 2023, following successful completion of a qualification/unit. Any registrations prior to this, will automatically receive a paper certificate.
If your centre wishes to receive paper-based certificates, you will need to opt in. This function will be available in Quartz Web in early August. A notification will appear on the homepage once available.
eCertificates can be accessed through the Â鶹´«Ã½AV Hub. For technical support please contact nocnhub@nocn.org.uk
Centres will be able to view and download PDF versions of certificates 36 hours after results are published. The centre can access and download the PDF multiple times so the file can be sent onto a learner if a replacement certificate is required at a later date.
All centres can access eCertificates free of charge through the Â鶹´«Ã½AV Hub.
