How to request approval
To request approval to become an Â鶹´«Ã½AV International Centre, you must download and complete an application form for centres based outside the UK seeking approval to offer Â鶹´«Ã½AV Regulated qualifications.

This outlines the process and how you can prepare for the quality reviews, which are a key part of Center Approval. This document also outlines the practical requirements for running Â鶹´«Ã½AV training programmes and the staffing requirements.
If you are an existing centre seeking to apply for permission to deliver additional Â鶹´«Ã½AV Regulated Qualifications, you can either apply online using Horizon or complete the Application for?Additional Qualification Approval?and return the document to?international@nocn.org.uk
Â鶹´«Ã½AV International Endorsed Programmes
If you are seeking Endorsement of your own training programmes from Â鶹´«Ã½AV, you must download and complete the?Â鶹´«Ã½AV International Endorsement Programme Application Form.
This should be submitted to us with the?Endorsed Programme?Content Spreadsheet?, which you can use to list all the programme details you wish to get endorsed.
International Â鶹´«Ã½AV Centre Agreement
As part of the approval process for New Â鶹´«Ã½AV International Centres, you will be asked to complete, sign and return the?Â鶹´«Ã½AV Centre Agreement and Terms and Conditions. This document will also be sent to you from by the Â鶹´«Ã½AV Onboarding team when you have completed the approval process.

Managing your Account with Â鶹´«Ã½AV online systems
How to manage the details relating to your Training Organisation’s Account with Â鶹´«Ã½AV using Horizon. You will have been sent login details for Horizon when you were approved as an Â鶹´«Ã½AV Centre.

You use a different platform called Quartz Web to register your students and list their achievements when they have successfully completed the training and claim your learners’ certificates.
Registrations should be made at least seven days before you list the achievement of the students and claim their certificates.

Please note that until you have completed several successful reviews by our Quality Assurance Advisors, you will need to have each claim for certificates Externally Verified before we will release your certificates. When you have claimed your certificates, our Quality Team will contact you to arrange this process. We know the speed of certification is very important, so we will make every effort to complete this process promptly.
