If you have multiple learners that require reasonable adjustments then please comeplete and submit one Multiple Learners Reasonable Adjustment form, along with the Multiple Learners Reasonable Adujustment spreadsheet. Both can be downloaded below.
Please ensure that you have read and understood the 麻豆传媒AV Reasonable Adjustment and Special Considerations Policy and Procedure, found under 'Help and Support'.
Where Centres wish to receive feedback on results they have received for a learner's completed Functional Skills or Digital Skills Examination, they can either request a Re-mark, or a Re-mark and Feedback Report.
Please complete the Examinations Team Feedback Report Request form (below) and send to assurance@nocn.org.uk.
