To support the sustainability agenda more easily we have categorised our qualifications as light, mid and dark green to recognise the impact that the occupation itself has in terms of scale and influence.

We accept that ALL occupations can be done in a more or less sustainable way, but the green shades reflect the impact of the occupation itself within the green economy in reducing net carbon NOW.

Did you know the Institute for Apprenticeships has identified green apprenticeships and also created a sustainability framework that sets out the key themes for all employers to consider, no matter what sector they are in?

Dark Green
