By adopting an employer-led approach, the UK has created over 600 diverse apprenticeship standards that meet the needs of industry, resulting in each apprentice having the skills required by their industry upon successful completion.
Â鶹´«Ã½AV has been at the forefront of apprenticeship reforms in the UK, working in partnership with employers, Further Education colleges, Training Providers and skills experts to develop various standards and assessments for new apprenticeships. Drawing on a dedicated apprenticeship and assessment delivery team, Â鶹´«Ã½AV works with over 250 assessment and technical specialists, who ensure that the latest industry practices and professional expertise is part of the Â鶹´«Ã½AV apprenticeship capabilities.
Â鶹´«Ã½AV’s apprenticeship team also has a high level of experience, operating within various levels of education regulations both within the UK and Internationally, including the UK’s ESFA and Ofqual, India’s NSDC and BFSI, along with regulators in the USA, UAE and Southern Europe.
To date, Â鶹´«Ã½AV has completed various projects within the global apprenticeship space, including assessment and apprenticeship programme consultations, benchmarking projects, Training of the Trainers and Assessor Training.
Â鶹´«Ã½AV’s apprenticeship assessment and delivery experience is gained from operations in key industrial sectors, including Financial Services, Construction, Engineering, Healthcare, Oil and Gas Production and Science. By working with leading international employers, Â鶹´«Ã½AV has provided end-point assessment services to companies, including HSBC, Amazon, Barclays, 3M, AON, Liberty Steel, Walgreens, Baylor and EDF Energy.
